I was a little late to the insanity game. i wish i had found them sooner! the insanity workout videos were first released in 2009 and have had tremendous success since.. This hiit workout is a beast! it's challenging, but it's fun, and even when the intervals are really tough, it's comforting knowing that you only have to do each exercise just once..
